How You Can Help

The Center is funded by the Florida Legislature through the Florida Department of Education and all services are provided free of charge. However, resources are limited, and CARD relies on private support for a variety of services and programs not covered by state funding. Your gift can help us provide:

• Scholarships for parents, teachers and paraprofessionals to attend conferences and workshops
• Child care during training
• Refreshments for training and educational presentations
• Programs for families such as Sibshops
• Scholarships for children to attend camp
• Books and other information about autism and related disabilities for low-income families
